Executor vs Supervisor: Teal pill = person who DOES the work; pink pill = Jake oversees but doesn't execute. Share each file with its executor โ€” they check off tasks as they complete them. Every task is cross-referenced โ€” e.g. Trung's DNS work (Dept 04) unblocks Sang's email deliverability (Dept 03) which unblocks Nhu's email newsletters (Dept 02) which feed Brooklyn's CRM campaigns (Dept 01). The Design dept (05) Brand Board (D.7) is upstream of all 17 Canva polishes โ€” Nam delivers it Week 1 so both designers reference the same palette/typography.
